This modern, but comfortably equipped vacation home with heated swimming pool provides space for 6 persons. Due to the jetty at one of the many saltwater canals in Cape Coral, the Gulf of Mexico can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. The city is located on Florida’s West Coast and its large canal network is the reason why it has been given the nickname “Venice of the United States”. 

The house has a living area of approx. 1850 sq - all rooms are air-conditioned. The premises are tastefully equipped in which locals as well as European visitors feel comfortable.
The living area consists of two large – and typically American – opened living rooms from where it is possible to get to the open-plan kitchen from both sides. The kitchen is fitted with all necessary electrical appliances and has a practical service hatch (from kitchen to terrace). Flatscreen TVs are available in both living rooms as well as in the Master Bedroom. Naturally, there is also a telephone as well as internet access (Wi-Fi) available. 
The terrace and the pool area (southern exposure) are well-spaced and a large dining table offers space for convivial gatherings but also retreat possibilities on sun beds. One highlight is the comfortable terrace lounge, providing a feel-good atmosphere with its lounge furniture and palm trees. The pool is electrically heated. 

Furthermore, the house has a garage where you can safely leave your vehicle or rental car. 
The house can be entered through the utility room by a door.
