The site is centrally located and it is possible to get to supermarkets (Walmart or Publix) within a few minutes by car. The beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island are just a few miles away from the house. Cape Coral is directly located contiguous to Fort Myers on Florida’s West Coast. This city has been a popular and well-known travel destination for Europeans for a long time. Popular tourist attractions such as Miami (e.g. Miami Beach), amusement parks in Orlando (e.g. Disney World) or the Everglades wetlands are accessible in just a few hours by car.
